The first board meeting of the seventh term of the Iranian Venture Capital Association was held on Monday, October 27, 2025, hosted by Technotejarat Company, with the participation of all elected members.
During the meeting, the new board members of the Association and their respective responsibilities were introduced as follows:
- Dr. Seyed Mohammad Hossein Sajadi-Niri, Chairperson
- Dr. Abbasali Kaarshenas, Vice-Chairperson
- Mr. Mohsen Sadri, Treasurer
Board members emphasized the necessity of solidarity, cooperation, and adopting a transformative approach during the new term of the Association. Discussions were also held regarding setting priorities and defining the main directions of the Association’s activities for the upcoming period.
Within this framework, the key agreed-upon areas for developing the roadmap of the seventh term included:
- Developing and implementing the Association’s international communication roadmap
- Completing and reviewing the structure and regulations of specialized committees
- Expanding cross-sectoral connections and enhancing engagement with entities outside the innovation ecosystem
- Following up on professional matters related to the refinement and more precise implementation of laws and regulations
In the concluding part of the meeting, board members reviewed the operational plans for the new term and highlighted the importance of establishing a cohesive framework for continuous pursuit of the Association’s goals and priorities. Attendees identified active member participation, strengthening synergy among the Association’s pillars, and enhancing its role in developing the country’s venture capital ecosystem as central objectives of this term.
