Election of the Executive Board of the Corporate Research and Technology Funds Commission (CVC) of the Iranian Venture Capital Association Held

The meeting was held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the Sheikh Bahaei Hall of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund of the Presidency.

The session was attended by Sina Hassan-Alizadeh, Member of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Venture Capital Association and Head of the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) Commission, along with a number of commission members. At the beginning of the meeting, Sajjad Zavar, Secretary of the Association, outlined the commission’s agenda. This was followed by discussions among members on sector-related issues and the general approaches of the commission during the current term. Subsequently, the election process for the Executive Board of the Corporate Research and Technology Funds Commission was conducted.

Based on the election results, the main members of the Executive Board were elected as follows:

Amin Esfandiar, CEO of Karafarinan Aval (Hamrah Fund)

Amin Pirayesh, CEO of Aryogen Fund

Jalal Soleiman-Nejad CEO  of Gol Gohar Fund

Mohammad Hossein Mozarei, CEO  of Novin Idea Fakher Pars Fund (Demit)

Mohsen Karami-Nia, CEO  of Central Iron Ore and Related Industries Fund

The alternate members elected were:

Mohammad Piri CEO  of Tejarat Innovation Fund

Seyed Mohammad Hossein Sadat-Rasoul CEO  of Atiyeh-Afarin Barman Fund

At the conclusion of the meeting, emphasis was placed on the continuation of the commission’s regular activities, focusing on priority issues related to corporate research and technology funds, and leveraging the commission’s capacity to enhance coordination and synergy among members.
