The Iranian Venture Capital Association (IRVC) has released the English edition of the 2024 Iran Innovation and Technology Ecosystem Report. This report has been developed with the aim of introducing the structure, capacities, and performance of Iran’s technology ecosystem to international audiences.
The English edition provides a comprehensive, data-driven overview of the status of venture capital investment, financial facilities, guarantees, and crowdfunding platforms in Iran. The report analyzes the performance of more than 160 active financing and investment institutions, with the total value of venture capital investment contracts exceeding USD 235 million.
This report has been prepared with a focus on enhancing transparency in the structure of Iran’s innovation financing market and presenting aggregated statistics that are comparable at the international level. The target audience of the English edition includes foreign investors, international institutions, professional associations, policymakers, and innovation ecosystem stakeholders at regional and global levels.
Previously, the Persian edition of the Iran Innovation and Technology Ecosystem Performance Report for the year 1403 was published for domestic audiences, and interested readers can access it through the Association’s website.
The Iranian Venture Capital Association considers the publication of the English edition of this report as a step toward expanding international engagement, facilitating knowledge exchange, and strengthening cooperation with foreign institutions and investors. The Association also announces its readiness for bilateral and multilateral collaboration in this field.
