The Commission held its meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, hosted by Fakher Company, with the participation of Mr. Sajjad Zavvar (Association Secretary) and the Commission’s Board members, including Mr. Amin Esfandiar, Mr. Amin Pirayesh, Mr. Mohammad Hossein Mazarayi, and Mr. Mohsen Karaminia.
During the session, participants conducted an in‑depth review of the existing regulatory barriers affecting the operation and growth of corporate venture capital funds. The members identified, categorized, and prioritized these challenges to establish a clearer roadmap for the Association’s future advocacy efforts. Discussion also focused on enhancing effective engagement with governmental and regulatory bodies to facilitate the removal of these obstacles.
It was concluded that the outcomes and prioritized challenges derived from this meeting will serve as the basis for the Association’s upcoming consultations and policy follow‑ups with public‑sector entities, aiming to further streamline and strengthen the investment landscape for CVCs.
