The third meeting of the Research and Technology Funds Commission was held on February 9, 2026, at the Iran Center for Scientific and Industrial Research. Hosted by the Advanced Industrial Technology Development Fund, the session brought together the commission’s board members along with the Association’s secretary.
The meeting began with a review of the decisions made during the Association’s board meeting and the discussion with the Deputy of Facilities and Commercialization at the Innovation and Prosperity Fund. Key topics included guarantee support, commission fee collection, and the potential capital increase of research and technology funds through tax credits from large companies. The commission agreed that board members would follow up on these matters and report the outcomes to the CEOs of the respective research and technology funds.
These meetings aim to strengthen collaboration among research and technology funds and to plan for the expansion of innovative and research-driven activities.
