IRVC Members Visit Snowa Ventures Innovation Factory in Isfahan
On October 2, 2024 (11 Mehr 1403), members of the Iranian Venture Capital Association (IRVC) visited the SnowaTech Innovation Factory, the innovation hub of Snowa Ventures, in Isfahan. During the visit, members explored various departments—including product design units and specialized laboratories—and gained insights into the organization’s innovation achievements and potential.
The visit also included a focused roundtable on Snowa’s innovation journey, led by Amir Alhaji, CEO of Snowa Ventures VC Fund. He presented the structure of Entekhab Group Holding and its subsidiaries, and elaborated on Snowa’s venture strategy.
Mr. Alhaji stressed the importance of collaboration among investors, urging venture capitalists to prioritize long-term strategic partnerships given current market dynamics. He warned that unless large organizations develop internal investment strategies, emerging innovation streams may fail to endure, emphasizing the need to embed innovation fully within the corporate fabric.
Dr. Seyed Mohammad Hossein Sajadi Niri, Chairman of IRVC, highlighted the importance of synergies between VC funds and core industries. He encouraged institutions to leverage existing innovation infrastructure and stressed that forming an integrated and effective network of financial actors could significantly boost innovation financing and value chain development in major industries.
Dr. Sajadi Niri also underscored the critical role of hope in society, stating, “What our country needs most right now is hope—and hope is only born from the experience of success.” He concluded by emphasizing that CVCs and financial institutions play a key role in creating success stories that can inspire the nation.
