Dr. Amir Hessam Behrooz Appointed as Secretary of the Iran National Technology and Innovation Financing Award (INTIFA)
Dr. Seyed Mohammad Hossein Sajadi Niri, Chairman of the Board of the Iranian Venture Capital Association, has appointed Dr. Amir Hessam Behrooz as the Secretary of the Iran National Technology and Innovation Financing Award (INTIFA).
As outlined in the official letter of appointment, Dr. Behrooz will be responsible for:
Extracting and localizing internationally recognized models of innovation and technology financing
Organizing and leading the High Policy Council as well as the executive and evaluation committees of the award, with the aim of defining its strategies, thematic areas, and assessment criteria
Hosting the main INTIFA event in August 2025 (Mordad 1404)
Designing, compiling, and publishing the Annual Report on Innovation and Technology Financing in Iran
The goal of INTIFA is to recognize and promote outstanding efforts in innovation financing, while contributing to the professionalization and visibility of this critical sector in Iran’s knowledge-based economy.
