The third meeting of the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) Commission was held on February 16th, hosted by Hamrah Fund. The session focused on recent updates to supportive regulations and the commission\u2019s upcoming initiatives.<\/p>

The first part of the session reviewed the latest amendments to the Tax Incentives Handbook, providing a platform for participants to discuss their practical implications, potential challenges, and operational impact.<\/p>

The discussion then moved to proposals regarding revisions in expenditure procedures under Clause \u201cT\u201d of Article 11. It was agreed that the finalized feedback would be submitted to the commission\u2019s board for further review. The next step will involve a meeting with the commission\u2019s Chair and Vice-Chair to consolidate recommendations, which will then be shared with the Secretariat of the Technology and Knowledge-Based Production Council under the Presidential Office for Science and Technology.<\/p>
