The third meeting of the Venture Capital (VC) Commission was held on January 26th<\/strong> (7 Bahman) at Ideaventures. The session aimed to foster collaboration among members and to explore strategies for advancing joint initiatives within the venture capital ecosystem.<\/p>

The meeting was attended by Mohsen Sadri<\/strong>, Board Member and VC Commission Lead; Sajjad Zovar<\/strong>, Secretary of the Iranian Venture Capital Association; and other members of the commission\u2019s executive board. Participants engaged in discussions on the commission\u2019s priorities and upcoming programs.<\/p>

A key focus of the meeting was the development and finalization of a specialized questionnaire<\/strong> to be distributed to association members. The questionnaire is designed to assess companies\u2019 readiness and willingness to participate in co-investment initiatives. Insights gathered will help identify potential collaboration opportunities, facilitate networking, and strengthen connections across the VC ecosystem.<\/p>

It was also decided that, subject to necessary conditions, a co-investment event<\/strong> would be held at the end of February. This event will provide a practical platform for direct engagement and collaboration among investors and other stakeholders.<\/p>

At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Meysam Zargarpour<\/strong> was elected by the members as Vice Chair of the VC Commission<\/strong>.<\/p>
