When these elements are overlooked, the cost is often missed opportunities and expensive decisions.<\/p><p>With this perspective, the <strong>Iranian Venture Capital Association<\/strong>, in collaboration with the <strong>Investment Companies Commission<\/strong>, is hosting the experience-sharing event <strong>\u201cCo-Investment: Practical Lessons from the Field.\u201d<\/strong> This peer-level, industry-driven session is designed to move beyond theory and focus on what actually happens in real co-investment processes.<\/p><p>The panel brings together senior investment leaders with hands-on experience in co-investment structures and outcomes, including:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ali Mousavi<\/strong>, Managing Director, Iran-France Investment Company<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Meysam Zargarpour<\/strong>, Managing Director, Rayan Ventures<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Ali Nazemi<\/strong>, Vice President of Investment, Innovation and Prosperity Fund<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sina Hassanalizadeh<\/strong>, Managing Director, Pishgam Ventures<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Ahmad Farahani<\/strong>, Investment Director, Farzanegan Company<\/li><\/ul><p>The session will take place on <strong>Monday, February 15<\/strong>, from <strong>14:00 to 18:00<\/strong>, at the <strong>Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture<\/strong>.
