The election was held with active participation from the Funds, and the new composition of the Board was determined.<\/p><p><strong>Elected Board Members:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nima Rouhani \u2013 Karimeh Qom Fund<\/li>\n\n<li>Hossein Joghatayi \u2013 Science and Industry Fund<\/li>\n\n<li>Gholamreza Shamsheiri \u2013 Advanced Industrial Technologies Fund<\/li>\n\n<li>Seyed Mehdi Sadat Hayatshahi \u2013 Creative Industries Fund<\/li>\n\n<li>Hamideh Razavi \u2013 Khorasan Razavi Fund<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Alternate Members:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mohammad Mehdi Rahimi Razavieh \u2013 Machinery Fund<\/li>\n\n<li>Mahmoud Moradi \u2013 Gilan Fund<\/li><\/ul><p>Given the diversity and breadth of issues within the Research and Technology Funds ecosystem, the newly elected Board has been tasked with prioritizing key topics and developing a coherent program to address the primary challenges facing the Funds.<\/p><p>Based on the demands and concerns raised during the meeting, the Board is expected to place a set of critical issues on its priority agenda, including: support and regulation of guarantee letters and related processes, pursuing authorization to issue Technology Development Bonds, leveraging tax credit mechanisms, developing standard contractual templates, finalizing back-to-back support contracts for payment guarantees, ranking the Funds, drafting qualification regulations for CEOs and board members, and designing self-regulatory mechanisms for addressing professional misconduct.<\/p><p>Additionally, the development of capacity-building activities for the Funds\u2014such as specialized training programs for CEOs and mid-level managers, experience-sharing sessions, and holding Commission meetings in provincial Funds\u2014was highlighted as a key expectation.
