Pursuant to Article 32 of the Articles of Association of the Iranian Venture Capital Association, the following criteria have been established for candidacy for the Board of Directors and Inspector positions:<\/p>

  1. Iranian citizenship.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Practical adherence to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Non-affiliation with illegal political parties or groups.<\/li>\n\n
  4. No final criminal convictions with significant impact.<\/li>\n\n
  5. Good reputation.<\/li>\n\n
  6. No addiction to narcotic substances.<\/li>\n\n
  7. Minimum age of 25 years.<\/li>\n\n
  8. Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n
  9. At least one year of continuous membership in the Association prior to candidacy.<\/li><\/ol>

    Explanation of Item 9: Members are eligible to run if they joined the Association by October 17, 2024, and have paid their membership fees. Additionally, these members must have no outstanding debts and their membership must not have been revoked by the Board of Directors as of the General Assembly date on October 17, 2025.<\/p>
